My background is primarily in telecommunications, specifically focusing on enterprise B2B services, supplier and cost management, pricing and regulatory compliance. With extensive experience managing pricing strategies and working on complex compliance issues, I was drawn to GCX because of its reputation for innovation and leadership in telecommunications underlay services globally. Joining GCX aligned with my passion for tackling telecom challenges and driving business growth through strategic partnerships and operational excellence.
What motivates you in your role at GCX, and how do you maintain your inspiration?
What motivates me in my role at GCX is the dynamic nature of the telecommunications industry and the opportunity to solve critical infrastructure and pricing challenges that impact global connectivity. I stay inspired by continuously learning about emerging technologies and market trends, and by the collaborative environment within GCX that fosters innovation and shared success.
Is there a specific project or achievement at GCX that you are particularly proud of?
One achievement I’m particularly proud of at GCX is leading a major pricing optimization initiative for our underlay network services, which resulted in enhanced revenue recognition accuracy and streamlined regulatory reporting. This project had a significant impact on profitability and compliance, reinforcing GCX’s leadership in transparent and fair pricing models.
How do you approach challenges and overcome obstacles in your work?
My approach to challenges is firm, fair, and friendly. It involves making clear and confident decisions while setting boundaries and addressing problems directly. At the same time, it ensures that all perspectives are considered to promote transparency and fairness. Since joining GCX, my role has evolved from focusing mainly on supplier and cost management activities to encompassing broader strategic responsibilities including global partnerships and product ownership for critical underlay services. This progression has helped me grow in leadership, strategic thinking, and cross-cultural collaboration.
